A Community Where Nature and Neighbors Come Together

Chimney Springs is a well-established community located in East Cobb, Marietta, Georgia. Developed in the 1970s, the neighborhood spans over 700 homes and is known for its welcoming, neighborly spirit and carefully preserved natural beauty.

Our well-maintained grounds feature a scenic natural lake, jogging trails, bike paths, and three charming mini-parks that invite you to enjoy the outdoors. Whether you’re cooling off in the large swimming pool, playing on one of the eight lighted tennis courts, shooting hoops at the basketball court, or relaxing in one of our greenbelt areas, there’s something for everyone. The recently renovated Clubhouse is the perfect venue for community events and private gatherings, making it the true heart of neighborhood activity.

Chimney Springs also prides itself on its beautiful mature trees, landscaped common areas, and tranquil cul-de-sac islands, all designed to preserve the natural beauty of the area. Its central location provides easy access to nearby schools, shopping, and dining, making it one of Marietta’s most sought-after communities.

Community life is at the heart of Chimney Springs. From pool parties and movie nights to weekly Bridge games, playdates, and seasonal celebrations, there’s always something happening to bring neighbors together. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and fun for all ages, creating lasting memories and strong bonds among residents.

As a homeowner, you’re part of the Chimney Springs Homeowners Association, which oversees the upkeep and improvement of our shared spaces. A semiannual assessment supports the maintenance of our amenities and ensures that the neighborhood remains a well-kept and vibrant community.

Our 5-member Board of Directors, elected by the community, works to keep everything running smoothly. Monthly board meetings are open to all, and we encourage you to attend! It’s a great opportunity to stay involved, stay informed, and connect with your neighbors. After all, it’s the people who make Chimney Springs a truly special place to live.
