2021 Pool Season Information
2021 Pool Season is scheduled for Saturday, May 8!
Make sure to complete and submit your SAYOR form so you can dive right in. 

Important Info
Please take a few minutes as last year and will adapt as needed to ensure a clean and healthy pool environment for all. Please take a few minutes to review the 2021 Pool Rules and Regulations and Diving Board Rules. While you are there, make sure to download and complete the SAYOR/Pool Waiver form. Residents must complete this form before entering the pool. Completed forms can be submitted to office@chimneysprings.org, provided in-person to the HOA Office, or provided at the gate upon entry.

Lifeguards are on site every day from 10:30 a.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Adult Lap Time
Adult lap time is every day from 6:00 - 8:00 a.m. On July 1, Adult Lap Time is extended to 6:00 - 10:00 a.m.
Key Cards
Entry for the pool is by key card only. If you are new to the neighborhood or need to purchase a new key card, this can be done during regular office hours.
The Swim At Your Own Risk (SAYOR) Release and Waiver form must be signed and completed by all residents before being allowed into the Swimming Pool
The Extended Access Waiver form allows use of the pool during designated hours when lifeguards are not present.
Pool Pavilion
The Pool Pavilion can be reserved only by Chimney Springs Residents. The resident making the reservation will be the responsible party, but party attendants may be non-residents. Pavilion parties are limited to 50 guests. Reservations for the pavilion area will be accepted by the pool committee on a first come basis no sooner than 30 days prior to the rental and secured with a deposit check and rental check. The rental check will be forfeited if the event is cancelled less than one week prior to the event.
Deposit Check - $50.00
Rental Check under 25 participants - $50.00
Rental Check 25 to 50 participants - $150.00
The homeowner reserving the space is responsible for all clean up. This includes trash removal (with all trash bagged and placed in proper receptacles outside the fenced area), cleanup of concrete if any items are spilled or dropped, and turning off all fans and lighting in the pavilion area. The deposit check may be all or partially forfeited if the area is not properly cleaned and/or returned to its original state.
Adult Supervision
There must be adequate adult supervision at the pool. All children who are unable to swim, or who require the use of a flotation device, must be accompanied by an adult in the pool. No children under the age of 10 are allowed in the pool without adult supervision.
The following chart shows minimum adult/child requirements and must be followed:
1 adult – 2 children 3 yrs. & under
1 adult – 4 children 4 – 6 yrs.
1 adult – 6 children 7 – 9 yrs.
2 adults – 8 children 10 – 12 yrs.
2 adults – 10 children
13 yrs. & over 10
Lifeguards are not responsible for supervising the baby pool. Parents are responsible for supervision of children in the baby pool.
