We’re looking for neighbors to help fill our advertising spots in the Chimney Springs newsletter! If you know a local business — or have personal connections — that could benefit from reaching over 700 homes in our neighborhood, we’d love your help. Submission Guidelines & Standards
- Print-Ready Ads Only: Print-Ready Ads Only: To ensure high-quality printing, all ads must be submitted in a digital, print-ready format. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept photos of business cards or provide graphic design assistance.
- Materials Deadline: All ad payments and materials are due by the 10th of the month preceding the issue date.
- Ad Preparation Tips: To ensure your ad prints correctly, please follow these guidelines: convert all images to CMYK, use high-resolution graphics, ensure text remains within the safety margin, avoid using RGB or spot colors, and include bleed if your ad requires it.
What to Send
Our preferred format is Adobe Acrobat (PDF), but we also accept JPEG, TIF, or PNG files.
Specific Instructions for PDF Ads
- Color and grayscale images should downsample to 300dpi with maximum quality JPEG or automatic compression.
- Monochrome images should downsample to 1200dpi.
- Disable all printer marks and ensure no bleed.
- Subset all fonts below 100%.
Unacceptable File Formats
- Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
Photograph Submissions
Images should be 300 dpi at publication size (e.g., 5" x 4"). Submit high-resolution images saved with high-quality compression. Always submit in color when possible.

- A 12-page, full-color printed and digital newsletter, delivered 12 times per year, directly reaching every home in the neighborhood.
- Our annual directory, Jingles, updated yearly, where residents frequently refer for services.

- Half Page: 7.5” x 5”

- Full Page Color Insert: $325, max 2 per issue
- Full Page Black & White Insert: $260
- Half Page (Color or B&W): $225, max 2 per issue
- 1/4 Page (Color or B&W): $140
- 1/8 Page (Color or B&W): $75
- Neighborhood Residents get 15% off all prices.
- Non-Residents get $15% off all ads that are paid for up front and run for a minimum of three months.

How to Submit
Payment Information
Send completed advertising files via email to NewsletterEditor@chimneysprings.org. All ad payments and materials are due by the 10th of the month preceding the issue date.
