Our Community
The Chimney Springs community has much to offer - beautiful homes, great neighbors, well-landscaped grounds, a topnotch swimming pool, and a tremendous tennis facility. We also have a beautiful natural lake area, jogging trails, bike path, basketball court, three mini-parks, cul-de-sac islands and other common properties called greenbelt areas. The recently renovated Clubhouse is available for rent to Homeowners. We take great pride in our neighborhood, and we're glad you've visited our site to learn more about us.
Homeowner Association membership is mandatory with home ownership. The Association is funded by a mandatory assessment that is billed semiannually, in January and July of each year. The Association is a nonprofit corporation (although not tax-exempt). The assessment provides funds for the maintenance and operation of the Association.
The Association is governed by a 5-member Board of Directors. The Board members are elected by the community and serve two-year terms. The Executive Committee serve at the pleasure of the Board.
Typically, the Executive Committee meets the second Tuesday of each month and the Board meetings meets the third Monday of each month at the Clubhouse. Please contact the office if you are interested in attending one of these meetings. We encourage you to become involved in the community. It is a great way to meet your neighbors!
