SMALL AREA PLANNING – Johnson Ferry/ Shallowford Road (‘JOSH’)
Three community meetings were held in March, April and May of 2018 for public input into planning for the Johnson Ferry Road/ Shallowford Road Small Area Planning initiative.  Three additional community meetings for JOSH have now been added, and tentatively scheduled for January, February and March 2019.  Location and time of meetings will be posted on our website. Everyone is invited to attend.

Happy New Year, Chimney Springs! I hope you all had a fun and festive holiday season. Now that 2019 is here, your HOA Board is eager to get to work.
 
As your newly nominated Board Chair, I am excited to serve you in this new role. Stacy Burke and John Turrentine are returning for the second of their two-year terms. Additionally, we welcome new Board members Dana Startt and Todd Bemis.
 
Please join me in thanking outgoing Board members Kevin Glass, Greg Guiliano and JD Tucker for their dedicated service and leadership.

Winter months provide a unique set of challenges to roadway safety. The daylight hours are shorter, temperatures lower, and hazards exist that may not be present during other times of the year. When temperatures drop, it is particularly important to be aware of potentially hazardous road conditions.
