On June 13, 2010, Chimney Springs celebrated the grand opening of our newly renovated clubhouse. Our “new” clubhouse is an open design with a large great room which features timber beams and a spectacular stone fireplace. This room opens to two porches and two French balconies. The great room has been the perfect place to host many types of special events such as:

• Bridal and Baby Showers
• Rehearsal Dinners
• Reunions
• Birthday Parties
• Business Meetings
• Super Bowl Party
• Other Community Events

The covered porch off of this room looks out at the pool and lake. It is furnished with three small pub tables to enjoy the views.

The porch, great room and kitchen open into our conference, TV, game room. This room has many purposes and hosts our Direct TV, Blue Ray DVD, CD player and I-Pod cradle.

The clubhouse offers a fabulous catering style kitchen with beautiful cabinetry, granite counters and under mount sink which is handicap accessible. The kitchen has the following appliances:

• Large double door refrigerator that accommodates party trays
• Commercial ice maker
• Two dishwashers
• Microwave
• Self Cleaning oven
• Warming drawer

We do not have a cook top for safety reasons but we do offer a portable two unit burner.

We also provide the following:

• Coffee maker, thermos, and large coffee urn
• Punch bowl
• Cake stand
• Two wine chillers
• Chafing dish
• 28 dinner plates
• Variety of tumblers and plastic wine glasses
• Dish towels and cloths
• Cooking utensils

We have a storage closet which houses the following for our renters’ use:

• Four 60” round tables
• Four 30x70” rectangle tables
• 62 taupe colored banquet chairs

The hallway closet can be used to hang coats and also where our cleaning supplies including vacuum cleaner, mops and small blower are stored.

We have separate men’s and women’s restrooms that provide handicap access.

We are proud to offer this wonderful facility for our residents to use for their private use and for community events.

The Homeowners’ office is located in the front part of the building and access to this office is on the right side of the porch.

Please read all the information on clubhouse usage and rental policy before booking your events.  The current policy, including standard hours, acceptable use, deposit information, and other fees, can always be found in our Handy Forms section.  This section also contains the Rental Agreement Form required to complete your reservation.
